Jodi's Chili

 2 lbs ground chuck browned

2 medium onions chopped

1 small green pepper chopped

1 clove garlic minced

4 quarts canned tomatoes diced

3 cans Dark Kidney Beans

2 t salt (or to taste)

1 t pepper

4 T red pepper (chili pepper)

 

Combine ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for a minimum of 4-5 hours.

This will freeze well.  It is best when cooked one day, refrigerated and heat and serve.
