Hunt Test – Saturday, September 21, 2024 at the Highland Recreation Area’s Barn Course. Jody Hurd will chair and Bea VanKampen will secretary. We also are in need of a hospitality chair for this event. Hospitality at a hunt test involves planning and coordinating any breakfast and lunch offerings. It is dependent on other factors such as the number of entries and workers. Contact Jodi if you have an interest in helping with this event! Stay tuned as this schedule will likely change!
We have secured the Hampton Inn in Marshall as the host hotel. The hotel is located at the I-94 exit to Marshall and is 2.6 miles from the fairground, according to Google maps. Rates for this national are $139/night with a pet fee of $50 per pet for the stay. As with other hotels, charges will be assessed for any damages to the room. (A side note, the Holiday Inn wanted a $100 pet fee) Reservations for the block are scheduled to open December 1st and expected to close August 29, 2024.
